9:00 AM — Morning cruise departs
12:00 PM — Hacking, bowling & kayaking open
1:30–3:30 PM — Extra cruise added (by popular demand)
3:30 PM — Kayak race (open to everyone)
5:00 PM — Hacking ends → final demos to the judges
After 6:00 PM — Finalists Demo to Judges: finalists, judges & press only
7:00 PM — Award Ceremony on the water
7:30-9:00 PM — Sunset & celebration
